Description
The Lead Pyrotechnician leads the safe preparation, execution, and strike of pyrotechnic and special-effects productions for live events, serving as the primary onsite technical leader. The role directs and mentors field technicians, coordinates with producers, technical directors, venues, partners, and regulatory authorities, operates firing and control systems, conducts safety inspections and risk assessments, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. It is a full- or part-time position based at the company’s Baltimore, Maryland headquarters, with regular office and warehouse hours and travel for local, regional, and national events.
