Citi is hiring a Lead Python AI Principal Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-wide Generative AI platforms and services. The role combines hands-on Python engineering with technical leadership, including guiding engineers and data scientists, defining architecture and success metrics, building RAG pipelines and model orchestration systems, and managing stakeholder relationships. Candidates need at least seven years of software industry experience, six years of hands-on Python engineering experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and preferably a master's degree.
