Virtuos is hiring a QA Lead to lead a quality-assurance team on a key game project in Shanghai. The role involves hands-on leadership, team development, testing-plan and process definition, QA-tool development, quality assurance across embedded and general QA, and collaboration with producers and stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of QA lead experience in the game industry, a record of shipped games across multiple platforms, strong project and people-management skills, knowledge of testing methodology and QA tools, and fluency in English.
