Coforge is hiring a Lead QA Automation professional in Peru for a hybrid arrangement requiring in-person attendance twice per week in Miraflores. The role leads test automation and Quality Engineering transformation, designs automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and microservices, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, establishes testing standards, and coordinates quality across development, architecture, and business teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, three years leading or designing automation frameworks, strong Java and test-automation expertise, and experience with banking-sector projects.
