Zafin is hiring a Lead QA Engineer to build and own the QA practice for its AIOS platform from the ground up. The role defines testing standards and strategies, leads backend, integration, API, data-validation, and performance testing, applies Deterministic Simulation Testing, and mentors QA engineers. It requires senior-level testing experience, QA-function establishment experience, API testing, simulation-based testing, Agile delivery, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3–4 years of senior/lead-level software testing experience
2+ years defining QA standards, processes, or best practices
2+ years leading or mentoring QA engineers, including managing or coaching a team of 2+ QA engineers
1–2 years of hands-on Deterministic Simulation Testing or equivalent simulation-based testing experience
3+ years of hands-on API testing and validation experience
Experience establishing a QA function in a greenfield or early-stage environment
1+ years of direct experience incorporating AI-assisted or AI-native testing tooling into a QA practice
3+ years operating in Agile/Scrum sprint-based delivery models
Preferred Qualifications: Kafka message validation and consumer/producer testing
ETL, data pipelines, or batch processing systems
Building or scaling automation frameworks with Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress
JMeter or similar API performance testing tools
CI/CD pipelines and Git
Azure and Kubernetes
