Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Solid experience in quality engineering, ideally within motor or electronics manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications: Proven capability in 8D problem solving, Voice of Customer methodologies, RMA, and CAR processes—demonstrating readiness to lead complex quality issues
Hands‑on experience working directly with suppliers to resolve raw material quality concerns and influence improvement at the source
Strong working knowledge of SAP QA modules and disciplined document management
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and present to senior stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and the ambition to build strong relationships across internal teams, customers, contract manufacturers, and suppliers
Willingness to travel to supplier and CM sites as part of developing end‑to‑end quality leadership exposure
