Description
Noon is hiring a QA Lead to own end-to-end regression prevention and release quality. The role will convert manual regression into a robust automation framework, establish test-effectiveness standards, automate release gates, reduce regression failures, enforce root-cause analysis, and build a quality engineering team. It requires an automation-first quality engineer with strong TypeScript or JavaScript skills, production Playwright or equivalent experience, CI/CD test infrastructure ownership, and 8–13 years in test automation or quality engineering, including 3–5 years at a lead or staff level. The position is full-time and in-office in Bengaluru, with equity and health insurance for the employee and family.
