Description
OBDeleven is hiring a Lead QA Engineer to own and improve its automated testing approach across mobile and web platforms, particularly Appium-based mobile automation. The role combines hands-on test-suite maintenance with QA strategy, process improvement, CI/CD infrastructure, testability, observability, and reliability initiatives, while mentoring other QA engineers and potentially leading the QA team. Candidates need strong QA engineering and UI test automation experience, a track record of improving testing efficiency, and professional fluency in Lithuanian and English. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two remote days, plus a gross monthly salary of 4,600–7,000 EUR.
