Description
The Project QA/QC Manager will manage quality assurance and quality control processes, systems, teams, and resources for specific ADNOC Growth Projects. The role develops and enforces project-specific quality management systems, quality plans, risk and non-conformance registers, audit plans, compliance monitoring, vendor and third-party inspection oversight, lessons learned, and project handover procedures. It also leads the QA/QC team, supports project committees, manages QA/QC-related costs, and ensures compliance with contractual, company, international, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of oil and gas or petrochemical experience, including 5 years in a similar project-management role, and experience in FEED and EPC phases.
