Electronic Arts is hiring a Lead QA Specialist to work onsite in the Salitre area of Bogotá, Colombia. The role leads quality strategy and a QA team across multiple game franchises, develops test strategies, coordinates with development, production, and design teams, manages stakeholders, and improves QA processes through manual and automated testing. Candidates need at least five years of quality assurance experience across mobile, PC, and gaming-console platforms, plus one year of QA leadership experience, test-planning experience, English fluency, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, Test Rail, CI/CD, and test automation.
