Description
OpenText is hiring a Lead Quality Developer to lead quality initiatives across document loaders and products, ensuring accurate and faithful preservation of business-critical content during document conversion, viewing, rendering, comparison, and collaboration workflows. The role owns testing strategies, validates document fidelity, develops automated tests and internal tools, manages regression and risk priorities, and provides technical leadership and mentoring. Candidates should have software quality engineering, test automation, enterprise application testing, document and PDF processing, and programming experience, with C++, Selenium, SQL, Excel, and related tools preferred or required.
