BAE Systems is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer in Scotstoun to lead quality assurance activities at ship integration level and across the supply chain for T26 Combat Systems projects. The role involves complex problem solving, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, witnessing and approving deliverables, and guiding cross-functional teams. It is onsite three days per week with hybrid and flexible working options, pays up to £55,000 depending on skills and experience, and requires experience with quality management systems, ISO 9001, AQAP, design requirements, verification and validation, and product lifecycle management.
