BAE Systems is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer in Scotstoun to lead quality assurance activities at ship-integration and supply-chain levels for T26 Combat Systems projects. The role involves complex problem-solving, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, project-event witnessing, and approval of internal and supplier deliverables. It requires experience with quality management systems, ISO 9001 and AQAP, design requirements management, verification and validation, and product lifecycle management, ideally in defence, manufacturing, engineering, or quality environments.
