Kitron is hiring a Quality Manager in Kaunas to lead a small team of quality specialists and oversee customer complaints, internal process analysis, supplier quality, 8D investigations, CAPA actions, risk analyses, and continuous improvement. The role includes training team members, coordinating cross-functional work, analyzing quality data, auditing suppliers, and strengthening quality culture. Candidates need higher education in quality management or engineering, team-leadership experience, international customer experience, 8D/CAPA knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and excellent English. The position offers EUR 3,000–4,000 gross monthly, an annual bonus, hybrid work, flexible hours, and other benefits.
