L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Lead, Quality Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, working 10 hours per day for four days per week. The role leads quality standards, inspection and testing procedures, PFMEA, material review boards, corrective and preventive actions, audits, first-article inspections, hardware acceptance documentation, and supplier corrective actions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant engineering experience, or a graduate degree with seven years of related experience, or thirteen years of related experience without a degree. A US security clearance and up to 10% travel are also required.
