Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer to build and scale quality systems at a new manufacturing facility. The role combines technical quality engineering with people leadership, including troubleshooting manufacturing issues, designing and analyzing quality tests, improving product reliability, supporting audits and certifications, and supervising a team of quality professionals. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of engineering experience, team-management experience, and knowledge of quality tools and statistical methods. The position offers a $107,600–$161,500 annual pay range and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
