Siemens is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer to lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team in a failure analysis laboratory, take technological responsibility for measurement and analysis technologies, conduct complex failure and damage analyses, and support electronics production, repair, development, and component engineering. The role also involves leading innovation projects, collaborating with universities and industrial partners, and advising development, manufacturing, and quality organizations. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field, several years of experience in electronics production, technology development, or quality management, and strong knowledge of failure analysis, root-cause methodology, metallographic microstructure analyses, and fractography.
