Description
The Lead Quality Engineer will guide and continuously improve the company’s quality systems, develop inspection methods and process controls, ensure compliance with internal and industry standards, lead quality audits and certifications, maintain quality documentation, and drive Lean quality initiatives. The role mentors quality technicians, works cross-functionally with production, engineering, sourcing, and leadership teams, and applies tools such as root cause analysis, statistical process control, and value stream mapping. The position requires 2–3 years of manufacturing quality engineering experience, Lean and continuous improvement experience, process capability and statistical analysis experience, and proficiency with precision measurement and Microsoft Office.
