Description
The role administers and supports Tosca, qTest, and Vera testing tools, manages Tosca DeX machines and license servers, oversees on-prem installations, and provides both administrative and end-user support. It also coordinates with delivery, engineering, and support teams; monitors project health and risks; leads operational reviews; and serves as the primary client contact for assigned accounts. The role requires strong Tosca expertise, experience with Tosca DeX and license management, knowledge of qTest and Vera, hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitHub, and client and delivery management skills.
