Waracle is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer for a hybrid role based in London, working from the office two days per week. The role leads QA strategy across multiple squads, defines automation architectures, embeds quality gates in CI/CD, champions performance, security, accessibility, and observability, and mentors engineers while influencing testing practices and commercial trade-offs. Candidates should have strategic multi-squad QA leadership experience and hands-on expertise in API and UI automation, cloud and CI/CD environments, DevSecOps, service virtualisation, and stakeholder management.
