Description
L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Lead, Quality Engineering – Automation to support automation-related capacity expansion, production ramp-up, manufacturing transitions, and advanced manufacturing implementation across its Propulsion Systems sector. The role partners with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and site teams to improve process capability, stability, controls, error-proofing, and reliability; supports APQP, PFMEA, control plans, verification and validation, First Article Inspection, and AS9100 compliance; and requires up to 25% business travel and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. The position is scheduled 10 hours per day, four days per week, in Camden, Arkansas; Huntsville, Alabama; or Orange, Virginia, with a Virginia salary range of $101,500 to $188,500.
