L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Lead, Quality Engineering – Capacity Expansion Projects to support industrial expansion readiness, production ramp-up, manufacturing transitions, and advanced manufacturing implementation across the Propulsion Systems sector. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality, the role coordinates quality plans, process qualification, risk assessments, metrology, inspection readiness, documentation, configuration control, and First Article Inspection across Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and site Quality teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience without a degree, along with project management, quality engineering, and security-clearance eligibility. Preferred qualifications include defense or aerospace manufacturing experience, PMP or ASQ quality certifications, APQP, Six Sigma, and Lean knowledge. The role is based in Huntsville, Alabama; Orange, Virginia; or Camden, Arkansas, with different work schedules for each location.
