Description
The Lead Quality Inspector ensures products and services meet quality standards by inspecting, testing, auditing, documenting non-conformities, and coordinating with production, engineering, sales, customers, and shipping. The role trains and supervises inspection crews, supports customer inspections, reviews documentation, and may assist with quality-control process improvements. It requires a high school diploma or general education diploma, at least eight years of industrial electrical experience or an associate degree in electrical technology, at least three years of supervisory experience, advanced electrical theory knowledge, and proficiency with handheld test equipment.
