Description
Egis is hiring a Lead Quantity Surveyor to lead pre-contract quantity surveying activities within its delivery function. The role manages a team of QS and SQS staff, prepares and approves cost plans, estimates, feasibility studies, bills of quantities, tender documentation, and procurement packages, and leads tender evaluations, commercial assessments, value engineering, contract advice, risk mitigation, and project financial reporting. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, professional certification, at least 10 years of quantity surveying experience focused on large-scale construction projects, and strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and contracts.
