Arcadis is hiring a Quantity Surveyor / Supply Chain professional to support commercial and procurement management across energy power projects, including offshore mega projects. The role covers commercial strategy, tender documentation, contract administration, variations and RFQs, payment certificates, early warnings, contractor performance, cost reporting, and supplier performance. Candidates should have commercial and procurement experience, knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts, contract management systems, and strong negotiation and communication skills; offshore renewables and HV cable experience are beneficial.
