The role involves proposing technical directions, designing and executing experiments, identifying performance gaps, and delivering scalable quantum technologies. Candidates need a relevant PhD, prior industry or startup experience, technical leadership experience, cryogenic and RF measurement expertise, hands-on experience with time-domain measurements and superconducting quantum devices, quantum science accomplishments, Python knowledge, and strong communication skills.
