Description
The Radiation Therapist supervises and coordinates the radiation therapy team, manages staffing and work assignments, updates policies and protocols, ensures accurate radiation treatment delivery, maintains radiation therapy equipment, and serves as a liaison among department staff, physicians, patients, families, and other hospital personnel. The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program, ARRT Radiography certification, RHTT or RHA certification, and BLS certification, along with eight years of recent relevant experience. It is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position with a Monday-Friday variable schedule, occasional weekend work, and hourly pay of $81.99 to $114.78.
