The role leads a growing team of technicians and maintenance managers across different countries, develops quality standards and processes, coordinates external service providers, and uses modern technology to improve efficiency. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience in technical maintenance, facility management, hotel or holiday-property operations, construction project management, or a comparable field, along with experience leading decentralized teams and managing external service providers.
