Description
Imerza is hiring a Production Lead for its Unreal Engine 5 digital twin and architectural visualization studio. The role is a permanent, hands-on leadership position split roughly equally between producing and leading, managing 3 to 4 artists across concurrent real-time projects, owning quality from brief through delivery, leading technical setup and pipeline improvements, mentoring artists, and representing studio work to clients and stakeholders. The position requires 8+ years of professional 3D production experience, team-management experience, Unreal Engine 5 expertise, and knowledge of BIM/CAD-to-UE5 pipelines; it is based in Sarasota, Florida, with onsite or relocation candidates preferred.
