Description
The Lead Recovery Technician Reports supports individuals with behavioral health needs by monitoring behavior and progress, assisting with daily living activities, supporting treatment plans, conducting psychosocial rehabilitation groups, distributing medication when necessary, maintaining structured environments, and providing night monitoring. The role also supervises and mentors recovery technicians, facilitates team communication, maintains HIPAA-compliant records, coordinates staffing, provides coverage for vacant shifts, collaborates with the Chaplain, and administers disciplinary actions. A bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience in a related field for one year; the position includes a four-month probationary period and requires indefinite sitting and standing, with occasional lifting or moving of up to fifteen pounds.
