Cboe Global Markets is hiring a Lead Recruiter in Chicago to lead Talent Acquisition services and partner with HR and business leaders. The role develops sourcing and workforce-planning strategies, advises on talent markets and hiring risks, manages the full recruiting lifecycle, uses AI-enabled sourcing and talent-intelligence tools, and collaborates with HR Business Partners and other hiring teams. Candidates need an undergraduate degree, at least eight years of talent acquisition experience, sourcing and hiring experience for technical and financial talent, full-cycle recruiting expertise, Workday ATS experience, and strong data-driven and customer-focused skills. The position follows a four-day-in-office model and offers a base salary of $126,225-$163,350 plus potential incentive and equity compensation.
