Xona is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own and elevate its recruiting function during a high-growth phase. The role combines individual-contributor recruiting for critical and high-priority technical roles with team leadership, recruiting-process ownership, quality control, and guidance of other recruiters. Candidates need 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical environments, a strong individual-contributor performance record, prior recruiting-mentoring or leadership experience, strong judgment and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to operate independently.
