The role combines direct ABA therapy with program organization, supply management, employee engagement, mentorship of new RBTs, clinic coverage, and family communication. Candidates need a high school diploma, an active and unexpired RBT certification, and at least six months of center-based RBT experience; BCBA student status is preferred.
