Description
Applied ABC is hiring a full-time, on-site Lead Registered Behavioral Technician (Lead RBT) in Norcross, Georgia to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs, supporting BCBAs, maintaining treatment integrity, collecting behavioral data, and communicating professionally with families and team members. The role requires active RBT certification, experience delivering ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings, leadership or mentoring ability, strong ABA and data collection knowledge, and bilingual Spanish is preferred.
