Description
The Availability & Reliability Engineer will develop hardware-focused reliability models and availability forecasts for wind turbines using performance data, statistical methods, and engineering simulation. The role covers failure analysis, component-level reliability modeling, design verification, data pipeline and governance, spare-part demand forecasting, fleet availability forecasting, and retrofit performance modeling. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, at least three years of industrial experience, and at least one year of experience applying probability and statistics to physical engineering systems. The position offers a U.S. base salary of $89,300 to $148,700, relocation assistance, and medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
