Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a Reliability Engineer to support transceiver and photonics IC reliability qualification, customer quality case resolution, failure analysis, and New Product Introduction programs. The role coordinates cross-functional reliability, quality, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders; documents root-cause and corrective and preventive actions; supports planning and quality initiatives; and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, project management, or a related field plus at least five years of experience in optical transceivers, networking hardware, semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, or data center industries. The position works in an office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment with occasional domestic and international travel.
