Description
The Lead Analyst, Consulting (Data, Analytics & Insights) is a senior, hands-on role within Lightcast's Professional Services Data, Insights & Analytics team. The position owns complex analytical workstreams end-to-end, translating large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for client decision-making, while developing scalable methodologies, maintaining analytical quality, improving processes, and mentoring analysts. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, a degree or equivalent professional experience, advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, and experience with client-facing work, analytical storytelling, and mentoring.
