Qualitate is hiring a Healthcare Research Analyst to report to the Director of Research and shape healthcare research coverage across pharma, biotech, medical devices, healthcare services, and related life sciences sectors. The role involves developing forward-looking analyses, interpreting proprietary datasets, producing client-facing insights, communicating with investors and corporate teams, and partnering with product and engineering teams to improve the company’s AI-native research platform. The position requires at least three years of data-driven research experience, strong healthcare domain knowledge, writing and communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools; SQL experience is preferred. It is a full-time, in-person role in New York City with a base salary of $140,000–$200,000, variable bonus, equity, and health coverage.
