Qualitate is hiring a Lead Research Analyst to establish and own its Industrials coverage. Reporting to the Director of Research, the role will define the research roadmap, conduct primary research across advanced manufacturing, automotive, construction, HVAC and mechanical services, specialty chemicals, and related emerging fields, develop forward-looking analyses, communicate insights to investors and corporate clients, and partner with product and engineering teams to improve the company’s AI-native research platform. The position requires at least three years of data-driven research experience, strong writing and communication skills, domain knowledge of industrials sectors, and familiarity with AI tools; SQL experience is preferred. The role is full-time and in-person in New York City, with a base salary of $140,000–$200,000, variable bonus, equity, and health coverage.
