Wise is hiring a Lead Design Researcher for its Verification Experience squad. The role combines hands-on research with people leadership and squad-level strategic direction, setting research priorities, leading and developing researchers, personally leading complex projects, and translating customer and business evidence into product and verification experience decisions. The position requires at least six years of product research experience, including managing researchers and supporting their growth, along with strong cross-functional partnership, stakeholder influence, and human-centred design capabilities.
