Description
The Lead Residential Advisor oversees member residential living arrangements, safety, cleanliness, medication oversight, documentation, and the work of Residential Advisors. Responsibilities include roving inspections, ADL support, medication-room checks, incident reporting, group facilitation, crisis and phone-coaching support, transportation, and supervision and training of Residential Advisors. The role requires a high school diploma, one year of supervisory experience, medication-oversight experience, confidentiality, a valid non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including emergency restraint techniques.
