The Lead Retail Associate, also known as a "Shift Lead," is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves supporting store leadership, managing daily operations, coaching employees, resolving customer issues, and driving sales goals. Key responsibilities include opening/closing the store, training staff on various retail tasks like customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions, and ensuring operational excellence through adherence to procedures and compliance.
