The Lead Retail Associate, also called Shift Lead, supports store leadership in a cannabis retail environment by coaching and training employees, resolving customer issues, managing store operations, handling cash and POS transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance. The role requires at least 21 years of age, 3+ years of retail or customer service experience, cash-handling and POS experience, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The position pays $18.00 per hour plus tips and benefits.
