Orvis is seeking a LEAD RETAIL GUIDE to work alongside the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves creating a welcoming store atmosphere, serving as a brand ambassador, coaching associates on selling opportunities, engaging customers, suggesting products, opening and closing the store, handling merchandise, maintaining a safe workspace, and leading the sales floor.
