Orvis is hiring a LEAD RETAIL GUIDE to work alongside the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on creating a welcoming store atmosphere, serving as a brand ambassador, coaching associates, engaging customers, suggesting products, solving customer problems, opening and closing the store, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. The position requires strong computer skills, reliability, physical ability to handle and move merchandise, and the stamina to execute floor sets; visual merchandising is a plus.
