UKG is hiring a Lead Revenue Accountant to lead complex revenue accounting and technical accounting activities across the organization. The role advises on ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract reviews, standalone selling price analyses, accounting positions, policy development, SOX controls, process improvements, and external auditor matters. It requires at least five years of progressive accounting experience, knowledge of software, SaaS, subscription, and service-based revenue arrangements, and experience with technical accounting memorandums, audits, revenue allocation, and accounting policies. The position offers a base salary of $102,300 to $115,000, with possible performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.
