Honeywell Aerospace is hiring a Lead Engineer Technician II to support the MMIC Technology Center in developing GaN/GaAs MMIC technologies for defense electronics. The role performs RF characterization, test equipment setup and calibration, on-wafer and assembly testing, RF troubleshooting, fixture design, failure analysis, documentation, and lab operations. It is an onsite position in Richardson, Texas, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, 8+ years of RF experience, and advanced proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and precision work under a microscope.
