WithCoverage is hiring a Lead Risk Advisor — Construction to own end-to-end construction client relationships and scale its construction vertical. The role manages construction account portfolios, leads client-facing risk analyses, develops renewal and new-business proposals, builds vertical playbooks, coordinates underwriting partners, reviews contracts and certificates, and oversees program audits, adjustments, endorsements, and claims coordination. Candidates need 4–7 years of commercial insurance experience, strong construction casualty and program knowledge, experience with admitted and E&S markets, and an active P&C Brokers License or ability to obtain one within 120 days. The position is available in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, or remotely, with expected annual compensation of $140,000–$190,000 plus variable compensation and benefits.
