Extend is hiring a Risk Analytics Manager to lead risk monitoring, premium design, loss-ratio decision-making, claims initiatives, and the data architecture for its Risk Analytics function. The role involves pricing new merchant and product categories from first principles, building analytical tooling, communicating risk insights to senior leadership, and using SQL, Python or R, dbt, Snowflake, Tableau, Streamlit, and AI tools. Candidates need at least five years of actuarial pricing, predictive modeling, or risk analytics experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a target base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 per year plus medical, dental, vision, stock, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits.
