Arcadis is hiring a Principal Road Designer for its Queensland civil infrastructure business unit to lead road design components of major highway and urban arterial projects, including concept and detailed design. The role manages project delivery, resolves technical issues, leads and develops a design team, coordinates with project managers and clients, and ensures compliance with Arcadis, national, state, and local authority standards. Candidates need a relevant civil engineering qualification, proficiency in 12D, significant major road infrastructure project delivery experience, and knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design; Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads proficiency is highly desirable.
